Apply for Funding
If you are unable to, and your insurance will not, cover the cost of approved therapy and/or equipment to aid in your recovery from a SCI or ABI, apply for funding by clicking here to fill out the application for funds, save it and and email it back to info@dreamsofrecovery.org; then print out 2 copies of the completed form, sign one and mail it to the address on the left. Keep the other for your files.

Thank you for your interest in Dreams of Recovery. Applications will be reviewed again starting June 2011. We are a very young foundation with limited funds. We are proud to report that through our fundraising efforts and community support, we have already granted 5 awards to 5 amazing individuals. Please check back in the near future to view their individual story. Currently, we are in the process of requesting grants that will aid us in making more of your dreams of recovery possible.
