Apply for Funding

If you are unable to, and your insurance will not, cover the cost of approved therapy and/or equipment to aid in your recovery from a SCI or ABI, apply for funding by clicking here to fill out the application for funds, save it and and email it back to info@dreamsofrecovery.org; then print out 2 copies of the completed form, sign one and mail it to the address on the left. Keep the other for your files.

Thank you for your interest in Dreams of Recovery. Applications will be reviewed again starting March,2012. We are a very young foundation with limited funds. We are proud to report that through our fundraising efforts and community support, we have already granted 10 awards totalling over $150,000.00 to individuals throughout the nation. Please check back in the near future to view their individual stories. Currently, we are in the process of requesting grants from corporate sponsors and philanthropic organiziations that will aid us in fulfilling dreams of recovery for our current waiting list of individuals, as well as future applicants.
