If you are unable to, and your insurance will not, cover the cost of approved therapy and/or equipment to aid in your recovery from a SCI or ABI, apply for funding by clicking here to fill out the application for funds, save it and and email it back to info@dreamsofrecovery.org; then print out 2 copies of the completed form, sign one and mail it to the address on the left. Keep the other for your files.
