Cindy Donald Foundation — Dreams of Recovery

The Cindy Donald Dreams of Recovery Foundation, Inc. is a Corporation organized exclusively to further the charitable purposes of:  (i) providing resources to aid individuals with paralysis due to spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury in obtaining recovery and rehabilitative therapy at such facilities as shall be approved by the Corporation, in order to enhance such individuals’ opportunity for recovery and an improved quality of life, and (ii) assisting those research facilities as shall be approved by the Corporation in efforts to find a cure for paralysis through the use of funds of the Corporation, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).  To further these objectives the Corporation will acquire and administer property which shall be used exclusively for these purposes and for the reasonable and necessary expenses of the Corporation.  The Corporation shall have the power to do all lawful acts necessary or desirable to carry out its purposes, consistent with the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.”
